I LOVE country music so I was just a BIT excited for Taylor's new album. Let's just say it's been on repeat since I downloaded it :)
(and I know she's not necessarily the best singer, especially live, but I just can't help but love her!)
And for the REALLY REALLY REALLY EXCITING AND HAPPY news...my sailor officially comes home for Christmas December 17th! WOOOOHOOOO!!! I am just slightly excited if you couldn't tell haha. Only about 51 more days to go, not that I'm counting or anything :)
He will only be home for about 10 days, which kind of sucks because that first week he's home I have to work. I was not happy about that, I cried last night. It was the excitement of knowing he's coming home but the not so great news that I have to work, especially since it will be the first time since August that I'll be seeing him. Part of the reason he's not staying for longer is that he has a lot of leave he has to take after his next 2 schools, 2 weeks or so at the end of February/beginning of March after Power School grad then 30 days after Prototype grad which will most likely be November/December of next year. So, being the responsible logical thinking man I feel in love with, he doesn't want to go to far into the negative on leave and wants to get back a little early to get himself back into Power School mode. So I can't be mad or upset with him, just upset at the situation and stupid work. But, he's coming home Friday night so we get that entire weekend, then I think I'm going to take that Monday off so we get a long weekend then I just have to make it through 3 days of work and he'll be at my house Thursday night to spend Christmas Eve together Friday and then we will be together non stop until he leaves. And, if he says ok, I think I might fly back with him when he leaves and spend the rest of his leave days with him in South Carolina and then New Years and fly back home after that. Just an idea I've been mulling over and my mom offered to get my plane tickets as my Christmas present which I gladly said I would appreciate and love! So, now we'll just see what happens! He's booking his tickets this weekend so we just have to work out all the details! Either way, I'm so beyond ridiculously excited to have him home again for a little and to see him and just be in his arms!!
Ok, after my long rambling, my semi-wordless Wednesday turned into pretty much an all words Wednesday! Hope everyone is having a good day, thankfully tomorrow is Thursday!!

I've been doing the same with Taylor's album! lol Dear John makes me cry.....so does Back to December for that matter.

I downloaded the new album yesterday :) I'm sorry you have to work when he gets back, that does stink. But, I'm glad you get to see him :)
